Jason Hobbs is the Senior Director of Business Development and Customer Relations at Broadcast Music Incorporated (BMI). In this role, Hobbs spearheads digital licensing efforts,  identifies untapped licensing opportunities for BMI, and develops strategic plans to both strengthen and support the end-to-end licensing process. Hobbs also maintains relationships with existing accounts through the creation of new, incentivized programs and overseeing regular account maintenance and compliance.  Before BMI, Hobbs worked at Sony/ATV Music, publishing for eight years in the licensing department where he held various executive roles, including licensing manager. Prior to Sony/ATV, Hobbs worked at BMI for 10 years as a manager in the research and works maintenance department managing a team responsible for maintaining the vast music works database.
