Andrew Kautz is the COO of Big Machine Label Group, along with being one of the original employees when it opened on Music Row in 2005. He was instrumental in helping grow the start-up into a worldwide entertainment company, with a current staff of more than 100 employees across the U.S., Canada, and London.  Kautz has led the charge for some of Big Machine’s largest initiatives, including the history-making performance royalty rights agreements with the major broadcast groups and assisting Big Machine’s growth from a single imprint into the Big Machine Label Group, with multiple labels and worldwide distribution. Also, Big Machine Records, The Valory Music Co., BMLG Records, Nash ICON, Big Machine/John Varvatos Records, publishing division Big Machine Music and it’s partnership with TennSouth Distilleries for Big Machine Vodka.  BMLG was Billboard Magazine’s 2015 and 2016 No.1 independent all genre label group in the world.  Kautz was formerly the COO of The Emerald Entertainment Group, as well as the President of SPARS.
