Liz Rose is a GRAMMY award-winning songwriter, 2007 SESAC Nashville Songwriter of the Year, and Founder of music publishing company Liz Rose Music. Her song “Girl Crush” performed by Little Big Town won Song of the Year and Single of the Year at the 49th annual CMA awards. Most recently, the song also won Best Country Song at the 2016 GRAMMYs. The song was also voted Song of the Year at the 45th Annual NSAI Songwriters Hall of Fame Induction ceremony. Rose is a frequent collaborator of Taylor Swift’s, having co-penned 16 songs together, including the No. 1 crossover hits “Teardrops on My Guitar,” “You Belong With Me” (which won the 2010 BMI Award for Song of the Year), "Tim McGraw" and “White Horse” (which won the 2010 GRAMMY Awards for Best Country Song). Rose was also the recipient of the 2012 ACM Award for Song of the Year in honor of Eli Young Band’s “Crazy Girl.” She has also penned songs for many other artists including Little Big Town, Tim McGraw, Allison Krauss, Hunter Hayes, LeAnn Rimes, Jewel, and more.
