Tatum Hauck Allsep is the Founder/Executive Director of Music Health Alliance, a non-profit organization that removes barriers and finds healthcare solutions to Heal The Music. This is the first time in Nashville's history that the industries of music and healthcare have been merged successfully. MHA has served over 5200 music professionals in their most vulnerable time of need saving over $15.5 million in healthcare costs in only 4 years. Tatum is a native of South Mississippi, an honors graduate of Vanderbilt University and a twenty-one year veteran of the music industry. Her career includes a number of years with MCA Records, several years as an artist manager, and the launch of the first-ever Vanderbilt Medical Center/ Children's Hospital Music Industry Relations Department. There she pioneered a number of impactful programs including Dierks Bentley's Miles and Music for Kids, Project Paper Doll, Musicians On Call, and CMA Sound Healthcare.  Tatum was honored to receive Tennessee's 2014 Healthcare Workforce Innovation Award and in 2015 & 2016 Tatum was named a Healthcare Hero by the Nashville Business Journal in recognition of these advocacy efforts. In 2016 Tatum was also named one of Nashville's Women In Music by the Nashville Business Journal. In 2017 Tatum was named one of the Rising Women on The Row by MusicRow and the Community Hero by Williamson Source. Tatum has served on the boards of The Deanna Glossup Foundation, MS Society's Dinner of Champions, Musicians On Call, and Vanderbilt University's Peabody College Alumni Board of Directors. She has been a mentor for Team Leukemia, co-chairman of the 10th Annual SOURCE Awards, an advisory board member of Country Cares for St. Jude Kids, Founder's Committee and Advisory Board of Project Paper Doll and Stop Domestic Violence Educator/Speaker. She's a graduate of Leadership Music and a member of the CMA, ACM, NARAS, SOURCE, GMA and the AMA. Tatum is married to the love of her life and has three young children.
