Victoria Nugent is currently Sr. Director of Research & Analytics at Warner Music Nashville.  A graduate of Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, she began her career with the Nielsen innovation practice in Cincinnati, OH, focusing on new product development and volume forecasting for CPG companies including Kellogg’s, Del Monte, and Procter & Gamble. She moved to Nashville in 2010, where she joined Warner Music Nashville as Director of Research.  Nugent supports the brand management, radio and streaming, and A&R departments at Warner, managing industry/fan research, and airplay/consumption analytics across their Country roster.
